What makes my approach different from other LinkedIn ghostwriters or personal brand consultants? Simply put, I’ve been in your shoes.

Most writers are skilled wordsmiths, but they haven’t experienced the complexities of leadership or sales at the highest levels. I have. I’ve had to sell in high-stakes environments where every word mattered. I’ve managed teams during tough times, threaded the needle of communication when challenges arose, and reassured people while still maintaining trust. I’ve also had to fire people. I understand the challenges and nuances because I’ve lived them.

LinkedIn writing and selling are vastly different from traditional writing. My methods are rooted in both experience and strategy. I’ve developed proven formulas to create powerful LinkedIn content that connects, resonates, and drives results:

I develop narratives that are not only authentic but also strategically aligned with your business objectives, positioning you as a thought leader in your industry. Every post is both true to who you are and impactful to your audience.

Through comprehensive interviews and tailored questionnaires, I uncover the stories and insights that define your leadership, crafting a brand that is engaging and strategically positioned for maximum impact.

A balanced approach to content – 1/3 about you, 1/3 about your product or service, and 1/3 establishing your expertise. This formula keeps your content engaging, credible, and valuable.

A storytelling method that works across all industries and has stood the test of time. People connect with stories of overcoming obstacles and learning from failures. By embracing your challenges, you show the world the depth of your leadership.

Greg Star

Greg Star

Greg Star is a storyteller, strategist, and entrepreneur who built a company from the ground up to $19 million in revenue—proof that great narratives + smart marketing = real results.

With an extensive background in sales, marketing, and content strategy, Greg has contributed as a guest author to multiple national publications and is currently writing a book. He is known not only for telling compelling stories, but for helping others uncover the stories they didn’t even know they had.

He believes the best writing is clear, simple, and purposeful. One of his favorite quotes is, “If I had more time, I’d write a longer sentence,” by Ben Franklin, and he applies that philosophy to everything he creates, from brand messaging to big-picture strategy. Greg is based in Wilmington, DE, and when he’s not working, he’s probably listening to other people’s stories. Or (more than likely) encouraging them to tell their own.
